My granite floor

I did this floor myself. I have posted little bits of it, but everyone asked to see a bigger pic. I am pleased witht the look, but it is hard to clean.

Little granite garden

this was a little dirt patch, not very pretty to walk up to. Old slabs of granite and and pebbles made it a little unique. It is still missing something, but I haven't decide what it needs.

My front hallway. My plants are perking up.

Here's the new little cabinet. It was made for all my kitchen applicances. I love the granite top. We made it movable for parties. The cabinet it butts up to, is going to be rebuilt to match the new one. You can barely see my new stove top by the laptop. See my new dishwasher. My first one ever. Love it.

We took down a large column in the middle of the kitchen. It was 4 x 4, and house a little tiny over. We love the way it made the kitchen open. Not a modern kitchen, but that wasn't the look we were looking for. Do you see the wicker vase? It was left in the house, and we just had to keep it.

Feels like spring!!!!!!!!!!!

WELCOME !!!!!!!!!!!!

So we are making things a little nicer, sprucing up. this is the front of my house. This was a mud hole when we moved in. We made it a little granite garden.

We moved a little fountain to liven things up. I made a cushion for an old, handmade swing I have.

I repotted some plants today. Hope they take off before the wedding in October.

We moved plants, hung new lite fixtures, do you love them? We hung a fountain on the wall.

Very happy with the results.

More progress on Kitchen

Well, anyone know how to turn a pic. Finally, stained, doors on, new applicanes in. YEAH!!

Got tired of having a thrash can at the end of my cabinets.

Can you see the tip of my new granite on my little

cabinet I had built.

So we put in one of these. LOVE it. Really helped open up the kitchen getting the can out of the way.

Sigh, what to do with all these. Yes, this was all where my thrash can was.

Do you see the old bread box? I love it. Kev's mom wanted him to take it down from her cabinet, I was so happy she let him have it. He remembers all the toast she made for him as a child everytime he sees it.
